By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all purchases made through our Instagram page and/or website.

2. Products

We sell only authentic football shirts/jerseys. Product descriptions and photos are accurate to the best of our ability. Please read each listing carefully before ordering.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via Instagram DMs or directly through our website (if available).
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship both within Malaysia (Ninja Van) and internationally (Ninja Van/DHL) Tracking numbers/links will be provided once shipped.
• Shipping times vary by location but usually range from [1–5 working days].
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Customs & Import Duties:
  Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by their local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not cover or reimburse any such fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information prior to purchase.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the item:

  - Is significantly not as described.

  - Is found to be fake.
• All return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.
• We do not accept returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or wear & tear after delivery.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days.

• All sizes are clearly stated in the product description.
• Please confirm your measurements before purchasing.
